Type of review

The ability to create custom menus for our guests. It allows you to easily communicate with your guests. We are able to see who is coming in and out of the restaurant as well as what they ordered. It also allows us to track our food inventory and ensure we have enough of certain items on hand. I dislike that you cannot see who is currently at the restaurant. This would be useful if there were more than 1 host. Our guests love how easy this software makes communicating with them. They can easily

  • Wish i could get my own personal menu page insteadof having it attachedto another person's account

I like how simple this application makes managing my business's events so much easier! It does not require me or anyone else at our organization (which consists solely out front-of house) have specialized training; we are able just simply download/install onto phones & tablets as well utilize within minutes without needing additional help with anything but basic tasks such us creating new users accounts etc.. The only downside would be if you do need assistance then there may take some time…

  • Easy way that all can update information fast by phone call in addition also email address provided upon sign up process
  • Multiple backups built daily along side many automated alerts sent through system regarding any potential issues / discrepancies found while making it easyto correct mistakes made during manual inputting data
