I bought these because I had an old really good printer that every time I visited the HP ink said 'toner out of date' and I was in the ass. So instead of buying another $60 of ink, it doesn't work. I wanted to prove it worked before buying new ink because it took so long. Well, my wife opened up the ink shrink wrap and popped it straight into the printer. There is a cellophane sheet covering the ink Orpheus and when it didn't pierce quickly she took it off and tried again, making another hole where the ink didn't seep out of the cartridge. Down under the printer to my book by Ansel Adams destroying it. There are NO documents in the box at all. I would give them a thumbs up if this were explained lest my wife destroy the printer.
