This little thing gets hot fast. You don't have to wait long and you have two settings, but what's really cool is the wind setting. You can control the wind speed as well as the temperature. I use it to work with my resin projects and it works great, I don't think it draws too much current when in use. Has a good handle length. It won't cool down until you decide to let it cool down. It comes with some great tools that will cover almost all your projects. 2000 watts is great. I like that the control knobs are larger than some other heat guns I've used before. This is a great tool for all your craft projects.
