Review on 🛏️ Elivo 100% Cotton Hospital Thermal Blankets - Breathable, Overheating Prevention - Soft, Comfortable and Warm - Machine Washable - 3 Pack by Kimberly Lee

I wanted to buy natural fiber blankets that can be washed in hot water (to kill dust mites) because I have allergies. After receiving them, I think the only good thing about these comforters is that they are made of cotton and can be washed in hot water. I bought three packs and used one to see how it held up. I washed it first (in warm water) and noticed a lot of shedding in the washer and dryer (literally a handful of cotton fluff). Despite this, the comforter seems to be holding up well, but the other problem with it is that it just isn't warm enough for me. I think the open web design probably contributes to that. Eventually I noticed that if I slept with a blanket I would wake up with cotton fibers in my hair and all over my clothes (lots of natural shedding). I also noticed that my nasal allergies also seemed to escalate while using it (perhaps due to the small cotton fibers everywhere). All in all, while I appreciate the material and the ability to be washed in hot water, I can't use it due to my allergies and the fact that the duvet isn't warm enough. Unfortunately I have to send it back and my search must continue.
