Didn't really notice a difference
My doctor wanted me to take omega and I decided to try them based on the ingredients and ratios. I've been taking them for two months and really haven't noticed any difference in my skin or how I feel. I will say that you will have none of the side effects that come with taking fish oil pills (fish burps).
