I'm actually not a big fan of Adidas running shoes because the Boost cushioning is usually too soft for me and the shoes are too spongy. I was just curious because the new Ultra Boost is heavily advertised and highly praised. My conclusion: The shoe is not comparable to the previous Ultra Boost models, but a complete shoe with a rather firm, but still well cushioned and even quite different walking feeling. The high weight, which is often criticized, is not really noticeable at normal endurance running speeds. In principle, the shoe is suitable for any surface with the exception of pronounced off-road passages and there are of course better ones for mountain runs. Where he also doesn't hear loop is the tartan track - the damping is too strong for that. Overall, a really successful update that I can recommend, not only for neutral runners, but also for moderate overpronators.
