Review on 🚲 SCHWALBE Pro One Tubeless Tire by Brody Jacobs

Revainrating 2 out of 5

What a pain to install!

I spent 45 minutes fitting the tires onto the wheel then another 45 minutes pumping them up to seat them on the rim then gave up and took them to my local one bike shop to finish them fitting . I poured 2.5 bottles of sealant into the rear tire and after 2 days I still have to pump it up from flat. They wear very well and drive very well, but I never buy those nasty tires. again. Later Comments: After riding them for 2-3 months (they rode well) I developed a puncture in my front tire that spewed sealant every mile or two. It never lost much air but spat out some sealant fairly regularly. I drove them for a few weeks to see how well they seal. So I bought a Maxxis Padrone tire and it took longer to get the Schwalbe off the bike than it took me to mount and bleed the Maxxis without sealant. In fact, the Maxxis held air better until I put sealant in than the Schwalbe on the rear tire that took 2.5 bottles of sealant! For me there is no more Schwalbe One.
