A little hard to push in but fit great once in.

I think I have seen some that screw together or some way snap together. this one does not and I thought I would not be able to get it pushed in without making the hole to big but it fit in great. I to question having a pack of 4 I put one in my small Smoker and ran 4 probes through it.

Pros

They are a good way to seal the thermometer cable entrance to the smoker

Cons

The grommet kit may not fit all models of BBQs, limiting its usefulness.
