I like that it's easy enough for me as an employer to use but also has features which are beneficial to employees who are self-employed or have their own business.
It does take some getting used to when you're new to using this type of system - there isn't much user-friendly training out there yet. Some aspects need more thorough explanation so that users don't get confused with how things work (e.g., reporting). We've found that we can easily track our hours worked in one place, manage payroll quickly and accurately, and keep the team organized and aware of what each other needs.
