I love this nose ring! The packaging was sealed and looked very clean which is always nice. I have it in 20G and 22G. I really like both sizes and the length is perfect enough to fit and not show the end of the hoop when looking at my nostril area. I wear the 20G more often because it looks very pretty and is thin enough to look petite. The 22G is a bit small for me as I was pierced with an 18G needle so the hole is more visible when I'm wearing the 22G. However, if I add some more makeup to this area, it won't be as noticeable. I like 22G when going to professional events or job interviews because it's not as noticeable as 20G.
