I am using this with my new Lenovo T410 Thinkpad. My setup is as follows: Lenovo T410 Thinkpad with Windows 7 64-bit with 6GB RAM and integrated graphics with Intel i5-540 processor 23-inch Dell monitor (2048 x 1152) connected directly to the Thinkpad VGA Output is connected 20-inch Dell monitor (1600 x 1200) connects to Kensington dock using a VGA to DisplayPort converterMicrosoft USB mouse connects to the Kensington dock Headset (headphones with microphone) connects to the Dell Kensington USB dock connected Monitor (with integrated webcam and microphone) connects to Kensington dock USB from Kensington dock connects to Thinkpad PS/2 to USB converter (for PS/2 keyboard/mouse ) connects to a laptop (doesn't work or works with other Thinkpad USB ports or Kensington Dock) computer from a fully powered off state, everything runs fine. When I get to the office and boot up my computer, I usually connect a VGA cable (from a 23" monitor) to my laptop before I connect anything. Then when it shows up, I plug in the USB port from the Kensington dock. My Windows taskbar displays on a 23" monitor, but I can easily set it up to display on any of the three. Similarly, I can change the position of the monitors and specify where they are in relation to each other through the Windows 7 Display Settings interface. Periodically when I wake up from hibernation and connect the USB from the Kensington dock to my laptop before or after I connect the VGA from another monitor, the DisplayPort drivers (for the Kensington dock) will fail in this case fixed by reboot Logging out and logging back in can also solve the problem, however, Windows 7 loads quite quickly, in general I'm happy with the device, from time to time the cursor freezes a bit, but this may be due to the whole programs are open. I can stream videos and watch them on a 20" monitor connected to the docking station. I also usually have music streaming sent to my headphones via the dock's USB cable and that works fine. What's also cool is that the volume on my Thinkpad controls any active audio device (headphones through the front dock, speakers through the back of the dock, or speakers on a laptop (if nothing is plugged into the dock). I would recommend this dock to friends I believe the issues people have seen in other reviews may have been fixed by last year's firmware/software update monitor connected to the dock as the update rate will be a bit of a bottleneck The monitor works well using powerpoint, email (appearance), word, web browsing, etc. while using three screens (23" monitor, 20" monitor, laptop screen) at the same time, some of my system lag/hang issues may be due to this .
