Great product in the dock category

Works great with my two 22 inch LCD monitors. My laptop wasn't set up to run dual monitors so I needed a solution and this was it. Easy installation and operation. I don't make games or other high demand video products, so I haven't had any issues. First of all, I wanted two monitors to be able to multitask. When I play a video and go to full screen it slows down. down, but I think it's my graphics card/video card and not the machine itself. I won't know until I buy another laptop.

Shouldn't have discounted it.

This docking station is much cheaper than the one I was considering. It gets the job done but has some features that the more expensive option might not have. The monitor screen flickers and the response time lags when I try to play a game on Facebook and I was having sound issues - my speakers kept cutting out and I couldn't figure out what the problem was so I plugged them back in. to the laptop, not to the docking station. It defeats the purpose of this thing a bit, but what are you going to

Basically everything is fine with computers and accessories

I bought a Kensington Dock to connect VGA/DVI to my desktop monitor. The docking station works great and syncs perfectly with the monitor. I like the USB ports on the back. However, the reason I only rated this item four stars was because 1) it doesn't have an on/off switch. The only way to turn it off is to unplug it. Not comfortable. and 2) the device is not properly balanced. He's too easy. When all devices are plugged into the rear ports, it becomes unstable and wants to tip over backwards.

Buy a laptop that uses a real docking station

Let's put it this way โ€“ it's easy to set up and supports the screen resolution advertised in the specs. However, there is a difference between "supported" and "working well". I have a 1600 x 1220 display. I've updated my laptop's graphics drivers and Kensington software (DisplayLink) and it's so slow that it's not suitable for simple things like surfing the web. I understand that Kensington doesn't use it for Play recommends, but surfing the web is not play. Give it a try Save yourself and your

Works great with Snow Leopard

If you have a MacBook Pro, you can connect your monitor to your laptop with an inexpensive adapter. Monitor not working properly

Item arrived on time (Revain Prime). Upon opening the outer box, I noticed that the item looked like it had been opened before. I knew from the reviews that this station doesn't work for everyone, so I shrugged, excited that I was able to work from home with ease. The box contains an adapter for a standard monitor plug, as well as a docking station and a power pack. Before connecting to a computer, you must install the software on your computer. All the things I did after connecting everythingโ€ฆ
