I've never been so disappointed in a solid product in my life, after buying it in March, I've never dropped them, never gotten them wet, never in one damage way and they completely stopped working. It started with the right earbud accidentally detaching and shortly after that the left earbud wouldn't connect properly and then fell out as well. Another week later and they won't accept any more fees, connect or work in any way. The right earbud doesn't work at all and the left one can't connect properly no matter what I do. I am disgusted that they are selling a product at this price and even after six months of use it has fallen apart even though it is clearly a baby. I'm not sure what this company could have done to fix this after such a horribly negative experience.
