I like how easy it is for students to navigate through their courses and complete them independently. Sometimes the software will freeze up during completion of assignments/quizzes, so this can be frustrating when you are trying to get work done. Also, if there isn't enough space available once an assignment has been completed, the student needs to delete one of the answers which makes things even more difficult (especially if they need all four options). We have not found anything we dislike about our experiences with this product. As mentioned before, sometimes the program freezes while working on coursework. This can cause frustration when someone else must assist with completing assignments/quizzes, but we've realized over time as we become comfortable using it that this problem should resolve itself after some use. Creating interactive quizzes can also take several minutes depending upon computer speed. Overall, this tool works very well both inside and outside of class. It's great because students don't necessarily feel intimidated by.
