Review on 💡 SilverStone SST-SX700-G 700W SFX Modular PSU, 80 Plus Gold Certified, Improved 92mm Fan, Japanese Capacitors by Wesley Carreras

In my experience, this PSU was just great. When I first started building my gaming PC I thought 400W would be fine but definitely didn't work for most gaming builds. Once I got this power supply, it solved all my problems. Well basically I had a similar problem that everyone else has reported the modular cables are a bit short. Which can be good or bad, depending. Extremely long ITX mounting cables can be annoying. So getting custom blocks might be an option since it's a modular power supply! Another note from me: This power supply has overheated several times. But that's not BP's fault. I run insanely thin case design. In my case there is not enough airflow on hot summer days when playing some intense games. The PSU and my entire computer would be unbearable to be touched by intense heat 😓 from the light side! Even though it overheated a few times due to my user error (choose the best ITX cases), for me this PSU didn't just die from mishandling. Packing so much power into such a small form factor. This power supply is awesome! Just choose other components wisely and always consider the airflow situation in your Mini-ITX build! 4 stars out of 5 only because the short cables were a bit annoying, but they still worked for me.
