Bought to monitor myself during long Covid, I wanted to see my o2 levels regularly and wanted a constant heart rate reading. (I used to have Fitbits). Unfortunately, they read me correctly about 10% of the time. Heart rate isn't really constant, it's periodic, so it's measured every minute or so. Oxygen readings were always 96%, even when I was wearing a pulse oximeter on the other side, which read 92-95. Blood pressure was always +/- 25 compared to the cuff monitor. I went for a brisk walk with it on one arm and then a fitness beat and heart rate monitor on the other and the watch didn't work at all. I couldn't get my heart rate right (I used to say I was 80 when my Fitbit and heart rate was 116). I kept pushing the button to take new readings on this watch every thirty seconds, but it still didn't give an accurate reading. The app was easy to use and set up and the device itself is great too, I just wish it did what it was supposed to do.
