Bought because I don't like coffee and have 3 kids and need caffeine during the day. I liked that it was all natural caffeine and the ingredients were organic and non-GMO. Have been taking 3 capsules daily for 3 months with daily exercise. Couldn't take 4 capsules as I had to run to the bathroom too often. It was of no use! Didn't suppress appetite. Didn't give me more energy or make me feel energized. Didn't help with chocolate cravings, which I usually take as my only source of caffeine. I've also gained 10 pounds thanks to exercising and taking them every day. Really seems to help retain water and cause bloating. Don't buy this.
