Review on Loyalty Grades by Andrew Walton

I like that it is easy to access information regarding my employees in regards to customer service/satisfaction for them as well! It's not too complicated but can be confusing when you're new at using this program because there are so many different ways of inputting data through surveys etc - however once we get used to how things work its great!! We have been able solve problems pertaining employee issues or areas needing improvement by taking into consideration our customers' opinions via loyalty grades.
