As previously mentioned, no instructions are included with this product. It's pretty easy once you understand what a rivet is and own a rivet gun, which I didn't have! The frame is attached to the front bumper with four rivets included in the kit. To install them you will need a rivet gun (or riveter). I don't think there is a replacement. (I paid $23 for one.) You'll also need a drill. Lift the frame so the two tabs holding the plate are up. The frame is then aligned to the curve of the bumper and molding below. Mark four large holes, then remove the frame and drill holes in the bumper large enough to fit the black end of the rivet. Align the frame and use a rivet gun to insert the rivets into the holes and then push them out. Secure the plate under the tabs at the top and in the bottom holes with the two screws provided.
