Ordered medium in yellow for my 9 lbs. Civini man. The ratings are correct, order one size larger than usual. Fits my baby pretty well in honey. Short enough at the bottom not to interfere with going to the potty. Be careful with the zipper, mine got caught in the fabric a few times. During the zip, I put on something to avoid further problems. A little tight around the neck but overall for the money you can't go wrong. I just ordered another one in green as a backup. As an elderly person with arthritis in my hands, I really appreciate how easy it is to turn it on and off rather than struggling to put a sweater on my squirming dog.
