Review on unitworx by Marfel Fekete

I like that everything's in one place so we can access our tickets from anywhere! It does take some time getting used too but once you get it down its great for us!! We are able find anything about any issue very quick with this program because there isn't much confusion when searching through different categories or subcategories within each category (examples - "documentation" then drill into what type). As an admin/manager sometimes being out front makes me feel overwhelmed by not knowing how many people have logged issues since last week etc.. But if i was at home instead where my whole team could be looking over shoulders while typing away as well would help alot more than just having someone look up things after hours later which has been happening before now.
