I bought a few things from the SNBOCON online store and was quite dissatisfied with both the quality of the items and the service I received. I bought some running shoes and a sports bra online, and they both arrived broken and of low quality. Both the sports bra and the running shoes had already begun to unravel at the seams. When I tried to get in touch with SNBOCON's customer care department to get this sorted out, I was confronted with incompetent and disrespectful staff who flat-out refused to reimburse me or replace the broken goods. They repeatedly referred me to their unclear return policy, which did little to help me. SNBOCON's website is complicated and poorly designed, just like their products and customer service. I had a hard time locating the precise items I was seeking due to the inconsistent search feature. In addition, there were many technical difficulties during checkout that slowed down the processing of my transaction. Those in need of high-quality athletic apparel or dependable customer service should go further than SNBOCON's online store. Customer support is unhelpful and unresponsive, the website is difficult to use, and the quality of the products is low. Don't bother with this store if it's giving you trouble.
