Good build quality and good sound
We have about 40 wireless headsets in 3 offices, we have 10 920 duos, they work great and everyone loves them. We just upgraded our old phone system to VoIP and with the additional Yealink adapter they work great with the new phones allowing us to receive and end calls from the headset. You don't need an adapter unless you want a remote pickup. With them we can go anywhere in our 5,000 square meters. ft. Highly recommended.
