Makes my job ten times easier!

This headset is amazing! Very comfortable, battery lasts a long time. I'm a CS rep and it makes life so much easier without being tied to the phone or pulling the cord.

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • Bad set

Great for accessories and supplies

Ordered this for my desk. Connected to my office phone and it worked great. At first everyone said they couldn't hear me well when I was using it. I was able to move the mic to find the sweet spot and no problems right from the start.

Pros
  • Worth the money
Cons
  • Long wait

Couldn't get it to work

Despite repeated reading of the instructions that came with it, as well as the online manual, myself and someone else, I couldn't get it to work properly. When I was able to connect to the caller, the volume was low (despite the maximum setting) and the quality was tinny on my end, with the caller complaining of hiss. Conclusion: high cost, poor quality, poor instructions.

Pros
  • Durable test results
Cons
  • Annoying

Good assembly and sound quality

We have about 40 wireless headsets in 3 offices, we have 10,920 Duo, everything works fine and everyone likes it. We just upgraded our old phone system to VoIP and with the additional Yealink adapter they work great with the new phones allowing us to receive and end calls from the headset. You don't need an adapter unless you want a remote pickup. With them we can go anywhere in our 5,000 square meters. ft. Highly recommended.

Pros
  • Satisfied so far
Cons
  • Write later

Affordable Wireless Duo Headset for Office

The price of this headset is really the best. It works very well and connects easily to our Shoretel230 system. I can get very far from my desk into a break room more than 140 feet away and still have perfect conversation clarity. The battery lasts all day and I haven't had any issues. Sounds clear and for the price, this duo headset is hard to beat if you're looking for a budget-friendly wireless. Jabra makes better headsets than Plantronics. Quality purchase, especially for the price.

Cons
  • No Instructions
