I bought this to connect my new MacBook Pro to a TV monitor that will work with my old MacBook and DVI port. Plugged in a new Macbook Pro and nothing happened. I'm not sure if I need to do anything, but so far this has worked with all other computers I've connected to the monitor via a VGA adapter. EDIT: They sent me a new one that worked great! Excellent customer service! Thank you!
