Great adapter - works well.!

Easy to use, worked first time use with a Dell XPS 13 (2015). Small and Lightweight - Very easy to pack and lightweight. The quality of the connections is good, the device seems quite solid. Can recommend this device.

Unreliable for computer cable adapter

I have used this display adapter for the last year when I brought my work laptop home, which is usually every 10 days. Works most of the time but the display flashes every 10-15 minutes which is very annoying. Looking for a new and better adapter.

The first one didn't work, they sent a working one. Excellent customer service!

I bought this to connect my new MacBook Pro to a TV monitor that will work with my old MacBook and DVI port. Plugged in a new Macbook Pro and nothing happened. I'm not sure if I need to do anything, but so far this has worked with all other computers I've connected to the monitor via a VGA adapter. EDIT: They sent me a new one that worked great! Excellent customer service! Thank you!

Cable issue

Unfortunately it is not compatible with my new 2017 MacBook Pro. The blue light just blinks, but the monitor stays dark. Have to return but seller doesn't respond. I bought the Insignia brand from Best Buy for $9.99 and it works great. UPDATE: Cable Matters contacted me and replaced the product with another (looks different). This product works great, I'm just not sure if it's shown here (it doesn't contain blue light and is white). In any case, the main thing is that the seller solved myโ€ฆ
