The best thing about ability platform from my experience has been its customizability at various levels of control, which helped us keep track during our projects that were very specific in nature because we needed them for each project! Being able get something off-the shelf was great as well (so not having spend hours coding or creating). I also liked being given access right away so no waiting around - nice work culture all round thereAbility's customer service team are awesome too when they're trying help you out with anything technical related within their productI dislike how it takes FOREVER!! To actually see someones progress if someone had gone offline/away without warning but i guess this happens everywhere though? Also sometimes things can be hard coded into your site etc once uploaded onto an internet server like mine would go down every time even just one person using online courses via mobile devices could have slowed everything else up by miles.
