Immediately on the day of my order I wrote to the seller to give me a link to download European maps. I wanted this GPS for a business trip to Greece. The seller sent a link, but after a long download, the instructions for installing the files were so vague and imprecise that nothing installed at all. I actively communicated with the seller via Revain messages and they responded. However, no instructions helped to solve the problems with the inability to run new files and install them on the GPS. I worked on it for more than two days, many hours, and nothing but frustration showed. Finally I gave up. I can't waste my time messing around with incorrect and vague instructions on how to load a map on the GPS. Looking more closely at the contents of the various file folders in the download package, I also noticed that the map files were ex-TomTom data and not the most recent, dated 2019. I have decided to return this item and to find another solution that focuses on a month-long SIM card that I can install in my iPhone, which I can legally unlock in about half an hour.
