The clamp connection was misrouted as it came out of the plastic packaging; making it difficult to snap the cordless handset cover into place. Forced return of a product with delay and inconvenience. For this reason I lowered my rating. Also, I cannot rate the "battery life" or "longevity" of a product that I expect will last 8-10 years or more.
