Immediate tingling, after about 3 minutes you can see fullness!. It's like a chili pepper on your lips lol so don't plan on kissing anyone with it. Will definitely buy again. Lasts about 2 hours, then simply reapply. I recommend if you wear lipstick to apply it earlier so you don't have to reapply it. I hope this review was helpful.
