Expensive, but well worth it for the BBQ enthusiast

Someday these completely wireless thermometers will be the standard and wires hanging out of your grill will be dated.
This thermometer is amazing in that it gives an accurate reading of both the meat and the ambient temperature of the grill. I am looking forward to years of use!
