*Edit* I redid the video with the phone out of the case to hear the audio better. At the lowest speed, you can hear the "howl” of a small engine and the sound of a gust of wind, as if the car's windows were being rolled down while driving. Otherwise it works as intended. It was the only unit I could find at an affordable price that could handle 1000 sq ft. ft. At air change hour I put it away from my living room so I can't hear it (I have an open floor plan). My bedroom has another 700 square meters. ft. per hour air changes, and at this slowest fan speed, you can stand by and barely hear the wind noise. I found another unit for the same price that is over 1000 sq ft. per hour air change. Fingers crossed that the device doesn't get that loud.
