I wish they could tell you what they mean by polymers - silicone based? And what skin types is it suitable for? I've tested it on a few surfaces (mainly nubuck) and it seems ok, but it didn't really protect the skin as I expected. Children's shoeprints don't appear immediately as I expected. So I don't know if I just don't give him a chance or what. But the real reason I took the stars off is the awful smell. It's not that bad, but after a few days in the sun, it smells horribly of chemicals. Considering how recommendable this is, I'm really disappointed.
