I tried everything to make this thing work. I uninstalled and reinstalled it, moved it to another USB port, that's it. I even tried reinstalling Windows to get it working. Nothing. Period. It reads the first two attempts to touch it when I add my first fingerprint, but when I touch it the third time it throws an error no matter what the angle and forces me to start over . I've done this at least 20-30 times. This device is useless. I will not be returning it because it might result in someone else buying it and having the same problems as me. I'd rather kick him out than let someone do that shit.
