Like other reviewers, I found the keys very hard to type on (the key surface was hard and the keys were firm and "clicky" compared to Apple's soft Keyboard). and slightly different in shape and design than the wired Apple keyboard I replaced. This, along with the keyboard's "flat" pitch, made it very awkward and clumsy to use. I returned the keyboard the same day I received it and replaced it with a refurbished Apple wired keyboard. This keyboard worked/worked well, it was just a general "feel" and performance that wasn't like an Apple product and to my surprise it actually slowed down my performance.
