I am 6ft 2in and 250lbs and size 2X is very good, length and fit is very good. It's long enough to cover my back even when I lean in. Feels light and cool and isn't as heavy when drenched in sweat. You don't realize how saturated it is until you take it off. Defects. It snags more easily when working in the garden, leaving small stretch marks. It is translucent (it is a very fine weave fabric). If you have a hairy chest, your hair will stand out and cannot be tumble dried, only washed lightly in the washing machine. If you only have one of these shirts, if you don't have any other easy-to-wash items, it all boils down to the fact that it really can be hand washed and line dried. It dries very quickly, much faster than cotton shirts. But hanging to dry is an issue as the only place I need to hang it is over the tub. I'll have to try tumble drying low or air dry and see what happens, but being plastic I have my doubts. I currently wash it by taking it off in the shower, throwing it on the floor in the shower and applying some shampoo. When I wash my hair and water sloshes with my feet when I shower, I strum hard to remove as much water as possible and hang them over the shower head to dry, and they usually dry the next day. So I don't actually need a second shirt.
