Unfortunately, my experience with the KEYWELL online store was not at all impressive, despite the fact that I had high expectations for it. In spite of the fact that they asserted to have skilled professionals on staff, the products that I purchased were of a poor quality and did not live up to my anticipations. Not only did the products have a low quality, but there was also an absence of satisfactory customer support. The customer assistance staff was unhelpful in resolving the issues with my order, and the response time was very slow. In my opinion, KEYWELL needs to put more effort into improving the standard of their products as well as the quality of the service they provide to their customers. They have to live up to their commitment of going above and beyond their customers' expectations if they want to keep their customers satisfied. My experience shopping at KEYWELL's internet store was, on the whole, less than satisfying. I would recommend searching elsewhere if you are interested in purchasing items of a high quality and receiving outstanding assistance from customer service representatives.
