Review on Gold Toe Boys Crew Socks, 6-Pack - The Ultimate Sock Set by Joe Bottomkent

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Not the best option for sensitive feet and they age quickly.

I ended up with a set of 3 blankets, not this set of 6 (so we had the same set in two different sizes). They basically look the same (apart from the colors and design) so I'll go ahead and check them out. These are super cute socks. They look elegant, only they are a bit thicker than most of the classic socks my husband wears. However, I do not recommend them for more sensitive feet. The stitching is quite annoying and there are a lot of loose threads (mostly due to the design) for toes to snag when putting them on and causing more trouble. Both of my kids aren't as picky as me and my youngest so that's fine with them. (One set was big enough to try and I couldn't wear them. My youngest walked up to me with sensitive feet.) Also, they age pretty quickly. After one or two washes they are already rolled up and the threads are sticking out on the outside. Of course, they're still pretty wearable. They just don't look as pretty after the first wear.

Pros
  • We are happy with these socks.
Cons
  • These socks are more expensive than other brands which may not be suitable for travelers on a budget.
