Great product, especially for the money.
When I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality. The fit and finish are well done and they feel solid for what they are, much better than the OEM stainless steel rings. Yes, they are painted steel, not stainless steel. Like any painted steel that weathers with scratches or dents, they will rust. After all, they are on the front of the jeep. Just touch them when they need it.
