The stand came crooked or broken / ordered twice, the result is the same

I don't know why the packaging is like this, but when a small metal (cheap) stand for a solid glass heart arrives, it's bent / Broken. It bent out of the box the first time, and when we tried to fix it it broke. It worked the second time but literally broke when we picked it up. Why not go for something nicer and higher quality? Other than that, all the glass containers that come with it are fine, but they're useless right now because we can't even hold a sand heart after our wedding.
