Unwanted Bushings - Heavy & Commercial Vehicle Parts

Headlights fitted with new bushings. I drove about 50 miles and saw the headlights fall out of the lugs and one was missing. There is no locking groove on the grommet and the lamp itself has a locking tab that is too small. Buy 2, get 1. Great deal!
