Okay, I'm picky. I earn my living as a superintendent/caretaker at a high school with 800 children. I bought this for home. I have 1200 sqm. That's great. Very EZ to use. Fill to the mark with the desired solution. Unlock handle. A-line mop head with center post unrolled. It is in the down position. Pump grip up and down like your oil. Gently raise your hand UP. The center post and squeegee head will lower and lock in the up position. Now turn the handle again to wring out the solution. NO spinning for a very WET mop. 2 to 4 turns for a dry mop. Remove from center post, post lowers for next wash. Locking handle, floor wiper. Honestly, this is perfect for small spaces, kitchens, bathrooms. Not suitable for large rooms. Then remove the mop cover and wash it in the washing machine. Bought an extra head. Found Revine cheaper. sorry Rewan Read some negative reviews and, as my grandfather would say "user error", read the instructions. Overall I say does the job intended.
