I make a lot of patch cords at work. I use and try almost every brand on the market. I make some patch cords with Itbebe connectors, but this gold plated connector is better than other connectors I've used. There are 50 terminals and 50 voltage terminals in this glass. This connector and strain relief are ideal for making patch cords. I use an Itbebe crimping tool to make this patch cord. This gold plated connector has 3 pins. A normal plug has 2 pins. 3 pins are better than 2 pins. 3 pins have better conductivity than 2 pins. I unwind the cable and straighten it so it goes forward easily. I make all the untwisted cables the same size so they can be easily routed to the front. I use the same Itbebe cutter to cut the extra front wires. Once all the wire goes in and out to the front, I twist and fasten it. I insert the connector into an RJ45 crimping tool. I press and hold the plug onto the RJ45 crimp tool hole and then press. This process crimps and cuts my RJ45 patch cord. I have made over 20 patch cords. Each patch cord was perfect for my network
