Review on LONXU by Jeff Swan

My time spent purchasing with LONXU was fraught with frustration, and I cannot express how dissatisfied I am with the company. The quality of the clothing and shoes that I ordered was well below average, as evidenced by the fact that threads were already coming free and shoes were falling apart after just one use. In addition, the size chart that was supplied on their website was absolutely wrong, which resulted in my receiving items that did not fit properly and that I was unable to even wear. My request for assistance from the company's customer care was answered with a response that was both unhelpful and disrespectful, giving me the impression that my business was not appreciated. To add insult to injury, the delivery time was agonizingly sluggish; it took many weeks longer than what was promised for me to receive my item. My time and money spent with LONXU were both thrown away in a manner that was completely unnecessary. This is not a business that I would ever recommend to anyone, and I will never do business with them again.
