I really wish these would work. I am concerned about the increase in landfill, the impact on animals that mistakenly ingest plastic, and the use of fossil fuels in the manufacture of plastic. They cannot substitute plastic bags for snacks etc. They are quite fragile and don't hold moisture well. The presence of slightly damp vegetables, such as sliced cucumbers or peppers, causes sweating on the outside, as if condensation were present. So I will continue my search. Cloth-based reusable bags typically do not seal completely. Spring.
