Background - Wife (me too) over 85 and hard of hearing. I even watch MAX vol for them. incomprehensible to her and stunning to me. Inexpensive ($50) blutooth headphones/earbuds don't fit as they fit either over the ear or over the ear which was very uncomfortable and didn't have any added volume boost either. After extensive research in my opinion, I bought SIMOLIO headphones for my wife. They arrived on time and I immediately realized that my extensive research wasn't worth a damn - I overlooked the fact that it was NOT Bluetooth. That being said, I opened the box and found a very well designed headset that fits over the ear rather than over the ear. Everything was in the box, no missing parts! I installed the system following simple instructions without the slightest problem (I have a 2019 SAMSUNG TV). So far I couldn't ask for more but remember this was my last resort to give my wife the pleasure of television. She tried on the hat while I waited with bated breath and to my surprise a big smile appeared on her face - NO DISCOMFORT from the hat. After some simple instructions from me on how to use it, she now really enjoys watching TV, and maybe even better, I can do it at 25/30 volume levels instead of 100 hearing-damaging levels.
