My physical therapist was impressed with

My physiotherapist recommended I buy a rubber ball with small spikes to help get rid of muscle tightness and tension. I figured a small set with more options to try would be a better buy, so I went with this one. There is a very nice little guide with basic instructions and tips, a carrying case and a set of healing globes, all made out of durable material. more difficult than expected, but the overall quality of the set is excellent. I took the kit to show my PT and ask his advice and he was impressed when he asked where I got it and took notes so he can recommend the same kit to his other patients. He said that for the specific type of trigger point therapy I needed to give, a lacrosse ball would actually work better than a spike ball. He also had some great suggestions as to how I might add some other items in the near future and believes the rest of the set will eventually be included in my long term treatment. One of my kids does gymnastics and has already started ingesting two items after a particularly hard physical workout.

Pros
  • YOUR PERSONAL MASSAGE THERAPIST. The best physical therapists, massage therapists and athletes use massage balls for body care. Finally, with a set of massage balls, you can independently perform a concentrated massage of specific parts of the body. With the massage ball set you can save a lot of money with a professional massage and at the same time give your body a refreshing feeling at a reasonable price.
