I have all the tires from the batch with a production date of 1819 turned out to be defective, the last fourth one is 1419, a similar defect has not yet been found on it, but it may appear later, or there may be something of its own. 3 (three!) defective tires or it's a fake! It’s good that it turned out to be noticed quickly, and not to be left somewhere on the road with three wheels that had parted, because the tire fitting suggested that this was a tread welding defect, which means that it could progress along the entire seam!
