Review on 🌬️ Scythe Kaze Flex 120mm Slim Fan: Ultra-Quiet PWM Fan for Case and CPU Cooling (Single Pack) by Nathan Akers

This fan has excellent airflow despite being so thin. I was very happy with the width. Designed to be used as an exhaust fan to provide a clear view of the motherboard. However, the fan has a characteristic high pitched sound. I'm kind of sensitive to the sound and hum of the expelled air, and my office doesn't have a lot of background noise. I liked it at first and threw the box away so as not to return it. I'm just using it for a more closed and noise deadening project that might pop up. I would not recommend it for occasions that are more concerned with a vented, airflow-oriented design. I also can't recommend it for situations like mine with little ambient noise. Chances are you're not receptive to the noise due to the many great reviews. Reviews that mention noise are probably like me and sensitive to that higher pitched sound.
