They are marked for 2 to 4 years. I bought these for my 4 year old boy and they fit him perfectly. So I think they could be a bit bigger for 2 and 3 year olds. The quality of these socks is very good and we did not notice any shrinkage after washing. My son can easily wear these compared to some others he has. We are very happy with this 15 pair set for the reasons above and also because of the variety of colors included in this set.
